HOW CAN I GET A YOLLANDO ADDRESS IN TURKEY?

Click the Sign Up Now button the home screen, select the membership option that suits you the most and fill our simple and easy registration form.

As simple as that.

CAN I USE MY YOLLANDO ADDRESS AS SOON AS A REGISTER?

Yes, you can use your Yollando address directly after the registration.

 

HOW CAN I DO SHOPPING WITH MY YOLLANDO ADDRESS ?

You need to enter your Yollando address as the delivery address at check out when do shopping from any online store.Pleases see the example below.

HOW CAN I SHIP MY PACKAGES THAT CAME TO YOLLANDO?

  1. Log in to your Yollando account.
  2. Check whether your packages have reached us or not from “my packages”
  3. You can send your packages as one pieces each or you can send them all together. After selecting your package click on to the “Next” button, write your shipping adress then go to the payment page. Choose the shipping company you want and make the payment.

Note: You can track your package from “Sent packages” under “My packages” menu in your Yollando account.

CAN I ADD MULTİPLES DELİVERY ADDRESSES TO MY YOLLANDO ACCOUNT?

Yes, you can!

If you choose our Premium membership you can add unlimited delivery addresses without any extra-fees.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP TYPE ?

Log in to your Yollando account.

  1. Click on to “Your Yollando address” at the top of your membership page.
  2. You can boost your membership by clicking on to “Get Premium” button below Membership type.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF A PREMIUM ACCOUNT ?

  1. Cheaper delivery cost.
  2. Longer free of charge storage.
  3. Unlimited delivery address.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS ?

  1. Credit card.
  2. Bank transfer.

WICH CURRENCY ARE USED FOR PAYMENTS?

You can make your Yollando payments in Euro and Dollar.

IS YOLLANDO.COM PAYMENT SYSTEM SECURED ?

Yollando page has the international safety certicate and use the payment system of globally known banks. Your credit card information is solely registered by the bank, Yollando has no information regarding your credit card.

APART FROM A CREDIT CARD, CAN I ALSO DO A BANK TRANSFER INTO MY YOLLANDO ACCOUNT ?

Yes, If you don’t have a credit card you can do a bank transfer into your Yollando account.

Not : When you transfer money onto your account please make sure to add your yollando account number as reference. Please send also an e-mail to support@yollando.com to inform us.

HOW CAN İ USE MY BALANCE İN MY YOLLANDO ACCOUNT?

If you have enough funds in your balance, you can make all your payments from it.

WILL MY PACKAGES BE OPENED WHEN THEY ARE DELIVERED TO MY YOLLANDO ADDRESS?

Yes. Yollando team will open every package when they are delivered to your Yollando adress.

Why?

  1. To ensure there isn’t any prohibited items in the packages. Please click here to see a list of prohibited items.
  2. To reduce size of packing and to combine multiple packages into one box to save you money.
  3. To quality check and take pictures.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY FEES TO STORE MY PACKAGES AT MY YOLLANDO ADDRESS ?

Basic members 15 days, Premium members have 60 days free storage. For extra-storage days +1 Euro will be charged per days. The maximum waiting days for packages are 100 days for each members.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGES ?

We will ship your package within 1 bussines day when you request them to be sent. Please click here to see the estimated delivery time to your country.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY HAS A GIFT WRAPPED ITEM ?

It’s a legal requirement to declare what is in every box for international shipping. Therefore the Yollando team will open every package. We will do our best to keep the original packaging.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN’T SEE THE PRODUCTS I BOUGHT IN MY YOLLANDO ACCOUNT ?

First call the store where you did your shopping and learn about the products delivery time and shipping. Then get in touch with the Yollando team.

CAN I COLLECT MY PACKAGE FROM YOLLANDO WAREHOUSE BY MYSELF ?

No. You are not able to collect your package by hand.

I AM NOT RECEIVING NOTIFICATION EMAILS FROM YOLLANDO. WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

First check your spam folder. If not there, then get in touch with Yollando team.

CAN I BUY ANYTHING I WANT FROM TURKEY AND HAVE THEM DELIVERED TO MY YOLLANDO ADDRESS?

Apart from the prohibited items you can buy anything you want.

CAN I KEEP MY ITEMS WAITING IN YOLLANDO STORAGE SO THAT I CAN COMBINE THEM FOR ONE DELIVERY?

Yes, you can!

FREE-STORAGE up to 15 days if you are a Basic member, 60 days if you are a Premium member. For extra-storage days +1 Euro will be charged per days The maximum waiting days for packages are 100 days for each members.

WHAT CAN I DO IF A STORE DOESN’T ACCEPT FOREIGN CREDIT CARDS ?

  1. The pages with the possibility of offering 3d secure code payment you can pay with the 3d secure code.
  2. You can use our Buy For Me service.
  3. Yollando is in contact with the turkey’s biggest shopping sites All customers will be able to shop at all sites very soon.

HOW CAN I SHOP FROM STORES THAT DO NOT ACCEPT FOREIGN CREDIT CARDS?

You can use “Buy For Me” service.

HOW TO USE BUY FOR ME SERVICE ?

  • Log in to your Yollando account and click onto “Buy for me” button.Click onto “Add item” button and fill in the informations regarding the item in to the opened window and click to “Add”.Repeat the same process till you finish adding all the items you want. Then click onto “confirm request” button.The request you send will be controled and approved by Yollando TeamYou will get a notification e-mail after confirmation.You can make the payment of the items from “confirmed request” in your Yollando account. After payment your personal Yollando shopping consultant will order the items for you.Note: as online shopping sites stocks and prices can change very fast, we ask you to make the payment of “Buy for me” request fast or to activate the “Pay from balance” option. 

    Important İnformations about “Buy for me” Service.

     

    The Fee of “Buy for me” service is 10% of the order price including bank commissions.

    No charges are taken from user if item is out of stock or can’t be found.

    You will get an email of the total costs regarding the total price of the item plus our service fee costs, if the item you want is in the stocks.

    İf the user approve the pricing and pay for the order Yollando team will do the shopping.

    İf one or some of the items you ordered are not in stock the pricing will only be done for the ones available.

    İf the ordered item does not reach yollando refund will be done to the user’s account or his-her credit card.

    The cancellation of the order is made according to the rules of the store where you made your purchase.

    Personal shopping consultant services fees can not be refund.

    Refund is 10 Euro.

    Our Personal shopping consultants work from Monday to friday, 09:00-18:00 Turkey Hour.

    Order processing time is between 1-3 days.

WHO PAYS THE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ?

The customer is responsible for every domestic shipping fees. İn case of door payments Yollando will pay on your behalf and will get the amount later from you by adding  (+10%). İn every way Yollando Elektronik Hizmetleri A.Ş holds reserved the right not to pay in case of door payments.

WHO PAYS THE COST OF THE RETURN PACKAGE ?

The return package responsibilitie’s is on behalf of customer after package leaving Yollando warehouse

You wish to return package while the packet is in Yollando warehouse. Yollando will return your package after collect the amount of service fee and the returned package cargo fee.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN ONLINE STORES WANT A TURKISH PHONE NUMBER FROM ME WHEN I AM SHOPPING?

WHY WAS MY SHIPMENT NOT REPACKED WITH A SMALLER BOX?

With our package services we repack items that are in big packets to make them more conditional. We assure that we do not play “Tetris” in this regard. There will be empty space in a packet unless exaggerated. İn general repacking will be done to items that can be removed from  boxes and can enter a bag.
